Receiving the initial call in April, this private homeowner, as many do, had an idea that they would like to plant some evergreen trees for boundary privacy in their newly landscaped garden. But they simply did not know where to start.
Quick response and expert guidance

He even identified a key issue we hadn’t considered: poor drainage in parts of our garden due to heavy clay soil. He advised that we address this early to avoid problems for the trees in the long term.”
Support beyond delivery
The allgrowth support from Peter continues through the customer journey. The selected trees were delivered and the customer began to prepare for planting. Stumbling across a drainage issue upon digging the pits for the trees, Craig got back in touch with Peter for advice again. Managing the drainage with pea gravel at the base, the water retention issue was quickly resolved.

The trees are now planted and thriving. Craig has been incredibly impressed throughout, and is more than happy with the end result, stating:
